- On all club matches a new net rule policy is now in effect, 50lb limit with a 10% buffer meaning 55lb. If you go over this 55lb limit, you will be put back to 50lb. If you go over 60lb, you will lose the whole net.
- A vote took place to no longer book river matches, so instead, we have chosen to book bream waters or big reservoir.
- All pike no longer count in the club on weigh ins. This includes zander on natural/commercial waters.
- Cup rules: members can no longer use a stand in during the summer league cup group stages. They can only use a stand in during the last 16 to semifinal. A stand in cannot be used in the final.
- Guest counting in sections: A guest can only obtain a place on a match day under the chairmen’s or match secretary say so. To be able to be a guest a club league member must be away on holiday or missing a match etc. The guest that is then fishing will not be a ‘stand in’ for the away member. However, is counted in sections. So as voted at our AGM, guests will take pts in sections but they will not be added into the league. Meaning every single member will always be in a section of 5.
- Guest peg fees, all guests are to pay a flat rate of £25.00 in the summer league. In the winter league they will have to pay £15 pools plus cost of the peg fee.
- All Summer draws will be 9am. The longer distances ones will be later drawing if possible. Match times will be 10:30am till 16:30pm.
- Pool fees: for club members on summer match days are £20 and £1 optional winner takes all, winter pools are to stay at £15 plus £1 winner takes all optional.
- New members wishing to join the club must fish a 3-match trial then be voted into the club via a committee decision only, returning members don’t have to re do the 3-match trail but again must be voted by the committee to re-enter the club.
- All winter matches will be changed to Sundays for 2021.
- You can feed a pole line while fishing the feeder rod where the venues dictates, if the venue says in the rules this is not allowed then it comes under a DQ so please read the rules. The club allows it depending on venues rules.
